Red Tank Resources, LLC is a Dallas-based company engaged in the acquisition, enhancement and operation of crude oil and natural gas properties.  Formed in 2011, the company targets onshore leases in West Texas with stable production profiles and long remaining reserve lives.  Red Tank Resources also owns non-operated working interests and participates in the drilling of select prospects.

An affiliated company, Odessa Minerals, LLC, owns oil and gas minerals and royalties in various states including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Illinois.
